Nailed It Beauty Imports By Silvana Inc. products are available only to Beauty and Spa Salons .We reserve the right to request proof of business, or aesthetic education before allowing you access to our on-line store. We further reserve the right to decline access to our store by any company or person that does not meet our approval.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Order Process:
All orders are processed between 24-48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day or earliest available date.
Payment Terms:
1. Credit Cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Amex. Credit Cards payments will be processed at time of invoicing with shipments.
2. A credit application must be submitted and approved before allowing net 30 days for payments.
3. C.O.D.(Cash On Delivery) of $20.00 per order applies.(subject to change without notice)
4. New orders will not be shipped if account is in arrears over 30 days.
5. Interest on accounts over 30 days is at the rate of 2% per month.
Return Policy:
1. As a distributor of nail products we do not accept any returns and all sales are final subject to # 2 and 3 below.
2. Any damaged goods or discrepancy in orders must be reported in writing via email within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Otherwise all sales are final.
3. Products with damaged goods returned for credit or exchange must be approved by Nailed It Beauty Imports By Silvana Inc. Damaged goods returns will not be accepted without a copy of the original invoice.
